Role: Manager - Labour & Employment

Location: ETV, Bangalore

About the role:

Oversee and manage all aspects of Labour and Employment Law. This role requires a proactive and firm approach to advising on legal matters and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be tasked with not only providing expert legal counsel but also with implementing and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure all organizational contracts and advisory functions meet or exceed legal standards.

This includes, but is not limited to, the meticulous review of all agreements and the development of internal controls to maintain legal and ethical integrity.

Core Responsibilities

Key member of Labour and Employment legal function in reviewing, drafting, and managing all Labour and Employment contracts. You will be the primary legal authority for all agreements, including but not limited to labor and employment,



licensing, and NDAs. Your role is to safeguard the company's interests by ensuring every contract is legally sound and aggressively protective.

You should apply if you have

 LLB from top institutes

 6 to 8 years at a top Law firms or factories or Manufacturing Industry with Labour & employment (handling Litigation contract) experience are preferred

 High ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity; intellectually curious and debate & research would be preferred
