1. ROLE PURPOSE

- Arrange and deploy labor to sites on time

- Ensure required manpower is always available

2.

REQUIRED SKILLS (Key Responsibilities):

- Manpower planning & mobilization

- Knowledge of construction labor (carpenters, bar benders, helpers, masons, Khalasi, painters, tile masons, etc.)

- Handling multiple sites
- high-rise building experience.

- Mobilization of Civil PRW Vendors

- Contractor coordination

- Identify and source skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour based on project needs

- Develop and maintain a database of labour contractors, agencies, and individual workers

- Coordinate with site/project managers to understand manpower requirements

- Mobilize labour resources within defined timelines and budget

- Resolve issues related to labour disputes, absenteeism, or shortages

- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and basic facilities for workers

3. EXPERIENCE





- 5-15 years of experience in construction manpower mobilization

- Experience handling 1000+ labor preferred

- Multi-site experience is an advantage
