We are looking for a proactive and result- oriented International senior sales executive to drive B2B sales in global markets. The candidate will responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, handing export- related sales activities, coordinating order fulfillment with production department and ensuring timely payment collection. The role requires strong knowledge of international market, trade activities, incoterms, import export documentation, customer relation management and sales pipeline development.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and development recent international B2B customers and distributors.
- Generate leads through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions and market research.
- Possess a sound understanding of international trade practices and export-import procedures.
- Coordinate and support with logistics teams regarding export shipments and documentation.
- Process customer orders accurately and also timely execute.
- Coordinate with production, planning and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain regular followup with existing customers regarding inquires, quotation, samples and order confirmation.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for timely payments and work closely with account teams to reconcile customer accounts.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in International Business/Marketing , MBA-Marketing or any other degree holders.
- 5+ years of experience in international B2B Sales, Export Sales or Business Development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Softwares and sales reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple customers and orders simultaneously
- Strong followup and relationship building skills
- Good understanding of logistics, shipping and export documentation
- Ability to work independently, target driven and coordinate across departments
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Customer- focused approach with excellent problem solving abilities.
