Qualification

B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve budgeted operational targets and defined KPIs for the project

- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and drive timely closure of identified safety actions

- Assist in developing, promoting, and implementing recent waste disposal and treatment schemes

- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation related to transportation, handling, treatment, and disposal of industrial waste

- Collect, compile,



and analyze operational data and statistics to optimize plant performance

- Monitor quality, efficiency, and performance of waste management services

- Manage contracts and performance of external service providers and vendors

- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution

- Support Project Head and Corporate Office through regular reporting and governance

Qualification &

- Experience

- B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Waste Management, Environmental Operations, or Process Industry projects
