Job Summary The prospect: Manager - National Tax - Indirect Tax - Indirect Tax Global Trade - Pune

Your key responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of an AI-powered Trade Automation platform, driving digital transformation across export-import operations, trade compliance, procurement, and document management. Partner with CXOs, consulting teams, and enterprise customers to define product vision, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes through AI, automation, and SAP-integrated workflows.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle for AI-driven trade automation solutions, from discovery, requirements definition, business case development, prioritization, execution, and release management.
- Define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment of feature releases with customer deployment readiness and business objectives.
- Design and deliver AI-powered document automation capabilities for trade documentation, including Letters of Credit, shipping documents, invoices, and Bills of Lading.
- Establish intelligent document processing strategies leveraging Vision AI, OCR, and LLM technologies to achieve high-accuracy document ingestion and validation at enterprise scale.
- Build and enhance compliance and trade validation frameworks, enabling automated reconciliation of declared values against source records and reducing regulatory risk exposure.
- Re-engineer export-import business processes around automation-first principles, optimizing operational workflows and reducing cycle times across trade operations.
- Drive enterprise adoption and user enablement initiatives, ensuring successful deployment and utilization of AI-powered modules across customer organizations.
- Partner with consulting organizations, including Deloitte and client advisory teams,



to align product implementations with transformation programs and change-management initiatives.
- Own integration architecture and API strategy, enabling seamless connectivity between SAP ERP, banking platforms, logistics providers, and third-party systems.
- Define master data structures, business objects, and data models to support automation, reconciliation, and cross-platform interoperability.
- Lead the design and rollout of procurement and vendor collaboration modules, including RFQ workflows and supplier communication automation.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional delivery teams comprising product specialists, SAP ABAP developers, architects, QA analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, customer feedback cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives, translating operational insights into product enhancements.
- Define, monitor, and report product KPIs, operational metrics, and management dashboards that provide real-time visibility into shipment tracking, payment aging, compliance status, and exception management.
- Establish scalable data ingestion and mapping frameworks, including FIFO, many-to-one, and parameterized transformation models, ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Master of Business Administration

Experience
- Product Management (4+ years)
