Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated business units.
- Understand business goals and align HR strategies to support them.
- Drive onboarding andassimilation for new hires to ensure faster productivity and engagement.
- Conduct HR interviews for entry and mid-level roles.
- Execute employee engagement activities across the business units.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conduct preliminary investigations where needed.
- Communicate policy updates and ensure consistent interpretation.
- Monitor discipline, attendance management, and contractual workforce governance.
- Use HR dashboards to track key metrics such as attrition, absenteeism,manpowercosts, and productivity.
- Provideactionable insights and propose interventions based on data trends.
- Prepare monthly HRBP reports and share them with management.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
