HR Business Partner
Fast-growing D2C brand looking for an HR professional to help build and execute people practices on the ground, while working closely with senior HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding
- HR business partnering and stakeholder management
- Performance, engagement and employee experience
- Employee relations, policies and statutory compliance
- HR operations, payroll inputs, benefits and employee data
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience
- Experience in a quick-paced consumer/D2C environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and employee relations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with autonomy
- MBA in HR preferred, not mandatory
Location: In person Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
