Organisation is a premier solution provider in industrial flooring design and engineering, is seeking a high-performing HR skilled to lead our overall HR department from our Pune Head Office.

? Quick Role Overview

- Position: Manager HR / Deputy Manager HR
- Reporting To: Director
- Team Size: 3 Direct Reports
- Location: Head Pune
- Working Model: 6-Day Work Week (In-Office) with 1st & 3rd Saturdays Off
- OfferedzCTC: Up to 11 LPA
- Experience Required: 10–12 Years (Construction / Flooring / Engineering sector experience preferred)

? Key Responsibilities

- Strategic HR & Planning: Lead end-to-end manpower planning, budgeting, roles/KRAs/KPIs formulation, and performance management.
- IR & Labor Compliance: Manage statutory requirements, labor disputes,



site & factory safety compliance, POSH, and expertise in Construction and Migrant Worker Laws.
- Operations & Payroll: Oversee complete payroll processing, ISO documentation, employee records, turnover analysis, and general office administration.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive employee relations, training & development, grievance management, and employee engagement across corporate offices, factories, and project sites.

? Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Graduate with an MBA in HR.
- Experience: 10–12 years as Head/Manager HR managing workforce strengths of 100+ personnel (Construction industry exposure strongly preferred).
- Legal Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Indian Labor Laws, specifically Construction and Migrant Worker regulations.
