Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / HR with strong exposure to BESS, battery, energy storage, renewable energy, EV, or manufacturing sectors. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, leadership/C-level hiring, and HRBP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for technical, engineering, corporate, managerial, and leadership positions.
- Drive CXO/C-level, senior leadership, and critical/niche hiring.
- Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and industry networks.
- Partner with Business Heads and Functional Leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver hiring within timelines.
- Manage recruitment agencies and executive search partners.
- Handle offer negotiation, candidate closure, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience.
- Act as an HR Business Partner to business and functional leaders.
- Support manpower planning, organization structuring, performance management, employee engagement,



retention, and employee relations.
- Support HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle initiatives.
- Track and report key recruitment and HR metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, hiring plan achievement, and attrition.
- Partner with leadership on culture building, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HRBP.
- Experience in BESS / Battery / Energy Storage / Renewable Energy / EV / Manufacturing preferred.
- Proven experience in technical, engineering, leadership, and C-level hiring.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and employee engagement skills.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
