Role Overview

HISPL is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Rajkot Survey Team from RMC office, for a survey project covering the entire Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) area. The Manager will oversee end-to-end survey operations across the city, manage a total team of 100 personnel (Supervisors and Surveyors), and ensure delivery targets, quality, and compliance are met for the assigned project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the citywide Rajkot survey operations team (100 personnel) from the office, coordinating closely with field Supervisors and Surveyors covering all areas under Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC)
- Oversee a team structure of 10 Supervisors each managing 10 Surveyors, ensuring adequate supervision ratios, area-wise coverage, and reporting discipline across all RMC zones
- Set daily/weekly survey targets, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned survey/product delivery work




- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of field data collected
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates to senior management
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project SLAs
- Handle escalations, resourcing gaps, and day-to-day people management for the survey team

Candidate Requirements

- Education: MBA / PGDBM / PGDM
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales.
- Strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel/reporting tools; comfortable managing performance data across a large team
- Based in or willing to relocate to Rajkot; role is strictly office-based

Work Details Work Mode: Full-time, Work from RMC Tax Department(Rajkot)

Project Scope: Survey work to be conducted across all areas of Rajkot, under Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) jurisdiction

Team Size: 100 personnel (10 Supervisors, each overseeing 10 Surveyors)

Reporting Structure: Manager will oversee all 10 Supervisors, who in turn each supervise 10 Surveyors

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
