Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of blast furnaces to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety.

- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce costs.

- Coordinate emergency response efforts during equipment failures or unexpected events.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in process optimization.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in iron & steel industry, preferably in blast furnace operation or maintenance.

- Solid knowledge of blast furnace technology, including design, operation, and maintenance procedures.

- Proven track record in loss prevention, defect prevention, and safety management practices.
