- Manage and coordinate all tenant fit-out activities within the mall.
- Coordinate with tenants, architects, contractors, consultants, and mall departments throughout the fit-out process.
- Review and monitor tenant drawings, layouts, designs, and technical submissions as per mall standards.
- Ensure fit-out works comply with approved drawings, mall guidelines, fire & safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate the fit-out approval process , including drawing submissions, revisions, permissions, and work approvals.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure works are completed within the approved timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections to check civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety, signage, and interior works .
- Ensure contractors follow approved working hours, safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and access protocols.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Operations, Security, Leasing, and Safety teams for smooth execution of fit-out works.

- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
