Role & responsibilities
- Review of Export, Domestic, Scrap & Sample Sales Invoices & corresponding E Way Bills
- Posting & review of capex invoices, import bills, domestic raw material, utility bills, manpower service bills & other payables with necessary TDS compliances
- GRIR review, price condition review, GI clearing in SAP
- Vendor ledger reconciliation, general ledger review
- Responsible for month / year end closing activity
- Reporting of plant P&L; with variance reasoning
- Preparation of annual budgets, cost MIS, COGS preparation
- Review of inventory levels of raw material, stores & spares and ageing analysis
- Knowledge of - SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, Asset Module, MS Office, MOOWR, EPCG, Export schemes
