Description

- Drive the project from developing clear understanding & validation of all the estimates (Schedule, Cost, Resources, Budget & Scope) analyse variance tracking and managing resources effectively.
- Lead projects that may consist of multiple Agile teams and require integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams by:
- Using good judgment and skill to develop a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort.
- Play a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Have a variety of workshop exercises ready that fosters team improvements, easier decision making and overall group alignment
- Facilitate trouble-shooting meetings between cross functional teams
- Work with management team to enable agile work styles
- Record, track and monitor timelines and track the team’s delivery (performance)
- Solid JIRA or similar tool knowledge is a plus - setting up a workflow process and ensuring workflow or tools are provided for pre-development work
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM.
- Configure and regularly update confluence
- Coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team
- Achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
- Effectively works through conflict and de-escalates difficult situations. Diplomatically navigates complex and controversial discussion

Qualifications

Education Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- PMP, ACP certification (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements

- 9-12 years progressive management experience, including management of major projects, in a large operating environment
- 2-3 years prior projects experience within the BPO Transition environment & TPA Platform
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects and assignments
- Key Attributes and Skills Desired
- Good to have valid US & UK visa.
