Team Leader and Manager
- Manage and supervise the Tele-Counselling team and their daily activities.
- Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track counsellor-wise footfalls, admissions, follow-ups, and target achievement.
- Ensure each Tele-Counsellor meets the assigned target duration and footfall targets.
- Identify performance gaps, provide guidance, and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.
- Report overall team performance and progress to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
