Responsibilities

- Robust understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices for effective operational risk management. Ability to lead governance activities and maintain compliance-driven risk controls within digital risk environments. Experience in consulting engagements focused on assessing, designing, and improving ITSM processes and control frameworks. Skilled in applying structured project management methods to support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. Capability to lead ITSM practices and drive standardized service delivery across business and technology teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science





Experience
- Project Management (6+ years)
- Business Analysis (3+ years)
