Maniac Sportz runs 19 venues and 41 courts across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane. Our flagship, Maniac Pickleball Arena at Vile Parle West, has 12 covered courts and never closes. We are looking for our first dedicated corporate sales hire.

The job in one line: fill courts that never close, by selling to the companies, societies and schools within 5 km of them.

What you'll own

Corporate accounts. Offices in Vile Parle, Andheri, BKC and Goregaon that need offsites, team events, wellness programmes and Friday-evening leagues. You find them, pitch them, close them and keep them.

Memberships. Turn one-time players into monthly members. Build the packages, price them with the founder, sell them.

Bulk and block bookings. Housing societies, schools, academies, corporate tournaments. Our quiet hours - weekday mornings and late nights - are your inventory.

The pipeline itself. There is no CRM today. You will set one up and run it.

Renewals and referrals. A member who brings three friends is worth more than three cold leads. Build that loop.

What we are looking for

2-5 years in B2B sales, memberships, hospitality, events or fitness. Sport is a plus,



not a requirement - we can teach pickleball, we cannot teach hustle.

You are comfortable walking into an office lobby without an appointment.

Mumbai-based, and you actually know the western suburbs.

Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi helps.

Comfortable being measured on a number every month, and willing to work some evenings and weekends. That is when a sports venue is alive.

Who this is not for

If you want a defined territory, a mature playbook and a manager who checks in weekly, this is the wrong job. This role is closer to founding a sales team than joining one.
