Roles & Responsibilities
1. Multi-Entity Compliance Governance
- Manage compliance for all group entities (India + overseas entities)
- Maintain a centralized compliance calendar and tracking system
- Standardize compliance processes, documentation, and checklists
1. India Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, labour laws
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings (ROC, GST, TDS, etc.)
- Handle appropriate tracking and support for notices, reconciliations, and departmental submissions
1. Cross-Border Compliance Execution
- Coordinate with Inter-LOBs for foreign jurisdictions’ filing requirements
- Track statutory deadlines and ensure timely filings for overseas entities
- Maintain documentation for inter-company transactions and regulatory filings
1. Compliance Operations & Controls
- Drive preparation, review, and submission of all compliance filings
- Maintain compliance trackers, dashboards, and status reports
- Ensure proper documentation, working papers, and audit trails
1. Risk Identification & Audit Readiness
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely remediation which is reflecting in books of accounts
- Ensure that Compliances and Books are reconciled/matched.
- Engage/liaise with Accounting Operations team to implement corrective measures / book entries.
- Conduct internal compliance checks and periodic reviews for ensuring statutorily compliant client records
- Ensure readiness for audits and due diligence processes from compliance standpoint
1. Process Standardization & Automation
- Implement defined workflows and compliance management systems
- Improve efficiency through existing systems and automation tools
- Ensure consistency and scalability across multiple entities
1. Investor Relations
- As a part of IR, he/she will serve as a key point of contact for shareholders, investors, analysts and other financial stakeholders.
- Coordination with investor communications and ensure timely and consistent dissemination of material information.
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, shareholder communications, corporate updates, FAQs and other IR materials.
- Coordinate quarterly/annual results communication, earnings releases, investor calls and presentations, where applicable.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of investors, analysts and other key stakeholders.
- Track and respond to investor queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams for accurate responses.
- Monitor investor feedback and identify recurring concerns or areas requiring management attention.
- Support investor meetings, conferences, analyst interactions and other investor engagement activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory framework (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA)
- Working understanding of cross-border compliance coordination
- Strong execution focuses with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume, multi-entity compliance operations
- Team supervision and quality control capability
- Process-driven mindset with emphasis on standardization and control
- Proficiency in Excel, compliance tools, and documentation system
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
