Position - Manager – Business Development – Roads & Highways

Job Summary Responsible for driving and supporting Business Development activities for the Roads & Highways Service Line, including identifying recent opportunities, managing the BD pipeline, client coordination, and supporting bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track new business opportunities in Roads & Highways.
- Manage BD pipeline, tenders, EOIs and RFPs.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proposal and tender submissions.
- Support client engagement, meetings and relationship management.
- Conduct market research and track upcoming infrastructure projects.
- Prepare presentations, capability statements and BD reports.
- Support the Service Line Lead in achieving business development targets.





Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Tendering or Proposal Management, preferably in Roads & Highways / Infrastructure / Engineering Consultancy.
- Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
