Role Overview

- We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience in Audit and Finance.

- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing processes, identifying risks and control gaps, supporting financial decision-making and ensuring accuracy and compliance across finance and audit functions.

- The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work closely with management and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and oversee internal, financial and process audit activities.

- Prepare and review audit reports, observations and recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial controls, SOPs and processes.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, external consultants and other stakeholders as required.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies and regulatory requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, financial control enhancement and automation.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience.





- Strong hands-on experience in both Audit and Finance/Accounting is mandatory.

- Experience in Internal Audit, Financial Audit or Process Audit.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and interact confidently with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
