· International Design Consultant The Phoenix Mills Limited is India’s largest retail-led mixed-use developer, listed on the BSE (503100) and NSE (PHOENIXLTD). Established in 1905 as a textile manufacturer, we pioneered the transformation of mill lands into urban destinations—starting with Mumbai’s Lower Parel in 1999.

Today, our portfolio includes:

- 13 operational malls across 11 Mn sq. ft., with 3 Mn sq. ft. under development
- 7 Mn sq. ft. of commercial properties like Art Guild House, Fountainhead Towers, Asia Towers, and Millennium Towers
- Luxury residences like One Bangalore West, Kessaku (Bangalore), and Alipore (Kolkata, under construction)
- Hospitality projects including St. Regis Mumbai (395 keys), Courtyard by Marriott Agra (193 keys), and Grand Hyatt Whitefield (under construction, 400 keys)
