Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct process audits to identify areas of improvement in business processes and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions for process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance on internal auditing principles, policies, and procedures to team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in an accounting or auditing role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
- Solid understanding of internal audit principles, including process audit methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency in conducting stock audits, tax audits, and other specialized types of audits as required by management.
