Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated candidates to join our team as a Management Trainee – Marketing. The candidate will support the marketing team in research, lead management, CRM updates, and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Prepare and update customer and prospect databases.
- Collect company and contact information through online research.
- Update and maintain lead details in the CRM.
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Support the team in managing enquiries and leads from events and campaigns.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain marketing data.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams in daily activities.
- Learn and use CRM and other marketing tools.
- Participate in training and team activities.
- Suggest ideas to improve marketing processes.

Requirements Education: Graduation (B.B.A, B.Com)





Required Skills

- Freshers are welcome.
- Students from the marketing discipline are preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good team-player with a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail.

Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, or lead generation will be an added advantage. Commitment 2 years of commitment with the organization.
