We are hiring a psychology professional to work closely with our CEO on our therapist-effectiveness and clinical-outcomes initiatives.

The role combines psychology, research, data, project implementation, and therapist development . You might spend one day studying psychotherapy research and another helping implement an outcomes platform, analyze data, or solve a workflow problem.

We are looking for someone curious, organized, clinically thoughtful, comfortable with data, and excited to develop deep expertise while helping us build something new.

Outcome Monitoring & Data

One of your first major projects will be helping implement Routine Outcome Monitoring across the practice , drawing from established FIT/ROM guidance and using MyOutcom
