- Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, cooling towers, pumps and utility equipment in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility systems.
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot chiller systems, refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment.
- Maintain AHUs, ventilation systems, exhaust systems and air-conditioning systems as per pharmaceutical requirements.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure and differential pressure of HVAC systems.
- Perform troubleshooting of compressors, pumps, motors, valves, cooling towers and associated equipment.
- Coordinate with production, engineering and utility teams for maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, checklists and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of PM schedules and breakdown maintenance.
- Support qualification, validation and calibration activities related to HVAC and utility systems.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors/AMC agencies for specialized maintenance work.




- Maintain adequate spare parts and consumables for critical equipment.
- Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA), CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure minimum downtime of production and utility equipment.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance of HVAC and utility systems in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and should be capable of independently handling troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown activities.
