Maintenance Manager

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance of company vehicles, refrigeration units, equipment, and other operational assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers.
- Supervise maintenance staff and technicians.
- Maintain records of servicing, repairs, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure timely servicing and minimize vehicle/equipment downtime.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and spare-parts requirements.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports for management.

Requirements:

- Strong technical experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance, refrigeration systems, electrical/mechanical equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.




- Experience in fleet, logistics, cold chain, or refrigeration maintenance preferred.
- Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
- Good troubleshooting, team management, and vendor coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹44,432.71 per month
