Maintenance Planner / Spares Coordinator

S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a disciplined and organised Maintenance Planner / Spares Coordinator for its manufacturing facility at Chopanki/Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The role will support the factory's Mechanical and Electrical Engineers by ensuring preventive maintenance, maintenance records and critical spares are systematically controlled.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain preventive-maintenance schedules for plant equipment

• Issue, track and close maintenance job cards

• Maintain equipment-wise breakdown history and maintenance records

• Track pending repairs, shutdown jobs and recurring failures

• Maintain the AMC/service calendar for critical equipment

• Coordinate preventive-maintenance requirements with production and maintenance teams

• Maintain critical-spares lists and minimum/maximum stock levels

• Follow up purchase requirements and availability of maintenance spares

• Maintain equipment manuals, drawings and service records in an organised manner





• Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports on PM compliance, breakdowns and pending jobs

• Support stock verification and identification of obsolete or slow-moving maintenance spares

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred

• Preferably 4-7 years of experience in factory maintenance planning, maintenance stores or a related industrial role

• Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP/CMMS systems is desirable

• Solid follow-up, documentation and organisational skills

• Should understand industrial maintenance terminology and common mechanical/electrical spares

• Must be systematic and comfortable working closely with engineers, technicians, stores and purchase teams

This is a coordination and control role, not a desk-only clerical position. The successful candidate should help ensure that planned maintenance is actually completed and that critical spares are available before equipment fails.
