Job Title: (Maintenance Head)

Reporting Line -Plant Head

Job objective:

 To carry out the overall maintenance work of Plant and Machinery,

for Mechanical as well as electrical maintenance.

 Responsible organizing schedules and assigning work activity to all maintenance employees.

Key responsibilities

- As per the checklist check all the machines.
- Preventive maintenance.
- Repair Machine if B.D. is done.
- Maintaining documents for ISO-14001, ISO 45001 & IATF 16949.
- All machines should be maintained properly.
- Analysis of Breakdowns. To initiate corrective action based on breakdown analysis
- To ensure the availability of maximum up time of machine
- To ensure the availability of stock of critical spares
- Measure & monitor performance of processes owned.
- Co-ordination with all external agencies related to maintenance activities
- Handling the team
