- Supervise daily maintenance, develop schedules and ensure smooth facility operation.
- Conduct regular checks of the building, grounds, equipment, and emergency systems (fire alarms, etc.).
- Address issues with electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, furniture, and fixtures promptly.
- Coordinate and manage external contractors for specialized work.
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and building regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
