Role Description The Maintenance Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chikkaballapura.

The Maintenance

Engineer will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime. Day-to-day tasks include implementing preventive maintenance schedules, inspecting machinery and systems, maintaining maintenance records, and supporting production teams with technical assistance.



The role also involves collaborating with engineering and operations staff to improve equipment reliability, adhering to safety standards, and ensuring compliance with company maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial machinery.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance for production and utility equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial workplace, preferably electronics or network products.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
- Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts if required.
