Summary of key responsibilitiesMinimum 5 years of broad and in-depth hands-on technical and design/architect level experience in Mainframe z/OSExperience in a multi-site (multiple Data Center) Mainframe shop of minimum 2,000 MIPS and above.Work with Client/Customer, OEM & ISV Vendors, Business Partners related to all aspects of the Mainframe Platform.Support various Mainframe Software (both IBM and OEM/ISV products evaluation, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc.Derive realistic Mainframe SLAs and design / propose architecture meeting those SLAs goalsMainframe Licensing, TCO and ROI planning and decision making.

Years of ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on technical and Architect experience on the Mainframe Platform as a whole (HW, SW, NW, OS and Security)

Technical requirementsMainframe Data Center Architecture (Metro Mirror, Global Mirror, MGM, 2/3/4 site GDPS & GDDR)Conversant with both IBM and EMC HW and Replication methodology.
