Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities across boilers, process plants, equipment, and related industrial systems. This role plans and organizes daily preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, allocates work to maintenance technicians, and monitors progress to ensure safe and efficient execution.

The Maintenance

Supervisor coordinates shutdown and running plant maintenance, reviews equipment conditions, and prioritizes repairs to minimize downtime. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical and rotating equipment issues, maintaining maintenance records,



and enforcing safety procedures and statutory compliance.

Supervisor collaborates with operations, project teams, and external vendors to ensure reliable plant performance and timely completion of maintenance work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair skills for industrial machinery and rotating equipment.
- Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills, including planning, scheduling, and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Relevant experience in industrial plant maintenance, shutdown work, or equipment overhauling is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and industrial compliance requirements is significant.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use maintenance tools, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
