Machine Operator - 10 Positions

Full time, permanent. 6 days a week.

Salary: Rs. 8,000 - 30,000 per month (Depending on role and experience)

We manufacture solar panels at our factory in Hapur, and we are hiring 10 machine operators for our production line.

THE WORK

You will operate your assigned machine, meet the daily production target, and check the quality of the panels coming off it. If you notice a problem, you stop the line and inform your supervisor. You will also record the day's production in the register, clean your machine at the end of the shift, and wear the safety gear we provide.

MACHINES ON OUR LINE

- Stringer: set the soldering heat while the machine joins the solar cells
- Layup: place the EVA sheet, cell strings and back sheet on the glass in order
- Bussing: check the soldered joints and polarity after the machine wires the panel
- EL testing: read the panel image on screen and separate out panels with cracks
- Laminator: set the heat, time and vacuum, then load and unload the panels
- Trimming: cut away the extra sheet from the panel edges and clean them
- Framing: fit the aluminium frame, apply silicone, and check the frame is square
- Junction box: fit the box, solder the wires, apply the sealant and let it set




- Flash tester and packing: test the panel's power, sort by output, then label and pack

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3-5 years of working experience
- Or ITI pass in any trade such as electrician, fitter, electronics, mechanic or machinist
- Or a diploma in electrical, electronics or mechanical engineering
- Or 10th or 12th pass with previous experience working on machines
- Freshers are welcome. You will join as a trainee operator and learn on the job.
- Comfortable with night shifts and able to stay on your feet through the shift
- Able to write basic entries in the register
