Role & responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility for Plant & Machinery operations, including deployment, utilisation, preventive maintenance and breakdown management across all sites.
- Manage the entire machinery fleet ensuring maximum uptime and minimum downtime.
- Lead mechanics, operators and technicians; manage spares, repairs, vendors, servicing and maintenance costs.
- Maintain machine-wise records, service schedules, breakdown history and P&M; MIS, while ensuring effective cost control.
