Smartscope Automation is looking for a passionate and motivated Machine Vision Engineer to join our growing team.

? Experience: 0–2 Years

? Location: Chennai

? Position: Machine Vision Engineer

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine vision solutions for industrial applications.
- Camera, lens and lighting selection based on application requirements.
- Configure and program industrial cameras and vision systems.
- Develop applications for inspection, measurement, OCR/OCV and code reading.
- Integrate vision systems with PLCs and automation systems.
- Visit customer sites for trials, demonstrations, installation and commissioning.
- Travel to customer locations for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Conduct application testing and validation at customer sites.
- Support machine vision projects from concept to final commissioning.

? Preferred Skills





- Basic knowledge of Machine Vision / Image Processing knowledge of C# / .NET/ Python is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of industrial cameras, lenses and lighting.
- Basic knowledge of PLC communication and industrial protocols.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits.

• Strong interest in Industrial Automation and Machine Vision.
