Experience: 3–7 years in graphite machining / machine shop operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily graphite machining and machine shop operations.
- Manage operators and allocate work as per production requirements.
- Plan and monitor production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Handle CNC/VMC and other machining processes.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, tool usage and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records, shift reports and machine-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide machine operators on processes and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of graphite machining and CNC operations.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Strong team-handling and production supervision skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Knowledge of machining tools, processes and quality standards.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
