Machine Operator - Aluminium Profile Cutting

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate aluminium profile cutting machines and ensure accurate, high-quality cutting as per required measurements and specifications. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic technical understanding, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate aluminium profile cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Cut aluminium profiles according to specified measurements, cutting lists, and technical drawings.
- Read and understand cutting lists, measurements, and basic technical drawings.
- Set and operate the machine as per required cutting specifications.
- Measure and verify cut profiles to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished profiles for cutting quality, accuracy, and defects.
- Handle and move aluminium profiles and other materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain proper identification and organization of cut materials.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Report machine issues, abnormalities, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.




- Meet daily production and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Cutting Machine Operator, or similar production role is preferred.
- Experience with aluminium profile cutting will be an advantage.
- Ability to read measurements and cutting lists accurately.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and dimensions.
- Positive attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling aluminium profiles.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to follow production, quality, and safety standards.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant machine operating or aluminium profile cutting experience preferred.
- Freshers with a basic understanding of machines and measurements may also be considered, depending on the company's requirements.
