About The Job:

- We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3 plus years of experience to join our AI/ML team.

- You will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models that solve real-world problems across domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design and develop machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries.

- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.

- Deploy models into production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

- Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.

- Document processes and maintain reproducibility of experiments.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field.

- 3 plus years of hands-on experience in machine learning and Python programming.

- Strong understanding of ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.).

- Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.

- Familiarity with data manipulation tools (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.





- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.

- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

- Understanding of model explainability and fairness.
