About The Job:

- We’re looking for a hands‐on Microsoft 365 Copilot Senior Engineer to own reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services at scale.
- You’ll evaluate and pilot new Microsoft 365 features (with a strong focus on Copilot), lead global/org‐wide rollouts, tackle complex escalations, and drive automation and standards across our tenant.

- You’ll partner closely with Security/Compliance, Network, End‐User Services, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, Clientive, and high‐performing collaboration experiences

Essential Job Functions:

Microsoft 365 Tenant Platform Operations:

- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring optimal configurations and best practises.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and admin center configurations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Continuously evaluate new Microsoft 365 features (especially Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva) through pilots, impact assessments, and drive global/org ‐ wide rollouts with clear success metrics & adoption plans.
- Partner with Adoption/Change teams on communications, training, and measurement (usage, satisfaction, and support deflection).




- Monitor Microsoft 365 services to identify and address potential issues before they impact users.

Incident, Escalation & Reliability Ownership:
- Resolve complex incidents; lead technical bridges for P1/P2 events, drive rapid mitigation, root ‐ cause analysis (RCA), and long ‐ term corrective actions.
- Assist end-users with technical issues, providing clear and effective solutions within defined SLA.

Offer guidance and training to enhance user experience.

- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of Microsoft 365 services

Qualifications:

- Exp – 9-12 years

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365 services.
- Proven track record as an escalation engineer handling complex issues and P1/P2 incidents in global environments

Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge & strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and admin center configurations.
- Prior experience in managing Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
