I'm currently building Tech Trainers Tribe (TTT) www.techtrainerstribe.com, a professional platform designed to bring the technical training ecosystem together in one place.

Today, technical trainers, students, colleges, institutions and companies are often scattered across different platforms and tools.

We're building TTT to create a dedicated ecosystem where they can:

• Build professional identities

- Connect with trainers and learners
- Create and manage classrooms
- Share knowledge and technical content
- Discover opportunities
- Build professional reputation through real contributions
- Connect education with the industry

We're currently at the MVP stage and I'm looking for a co-founder who wants to build this from the ground up, not simply join an existing project.

Who I'm looking for

I'm particularly interested in someone who brings solid capabilities in Growth, Sales,



Technology and more importantly:

- Thinks long-term
- Is willing to take ownership
- Understands startups and experimentation
- Can work through uncertainty
- Is genuinely interested in education, technology and communities
- Wants to build a company, not just work on another project

This would be a founding-level role with meaningful equity, based on contribution, commitment and responsibilities.

I'm not looking for someone just because they have a good resume.

I'm looking for someone who can say:
