The Operations Manager (Transport & Logistics) oversees the daily execution, optimization, and management of our transport networks and supply chain operations. This role focuses on fleet management, route optimization, cost control, compliance, and team leadership to ensure secure, on-time, and cost-effective delivery services.Key Responsibilities

- Daily Fleet Operations: Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and routing for all delivery vehicles to maximize efficiency and minimise transit times.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to national and local transport regulations, chain of responsibility, and workplace health and safety (WHS) laws.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule a team of drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse personnel to foster a high-performance culture.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery (OTD), fuel efficiency, and cost per kilometre.

- Vendor & Budget Management: Renegotiate carrier contracts, manage operational budgets, and oversee fleet maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,896.28 per month
