Responsibilities

- · Identify potential suppliers and vendors for Logistics solutions for Inward and outward material movement for Automotive industry.
- · Negotiate the freight forwarding contracts for containers, break bulk shipments, road logistics from Port to manufacturing plant and outward movement of finished goods from Plant to dealers.
- · Manage the overall contract with the shipping lines for timely space availability, good movement, coordinate customs clearances, Finalize CFS spaces, rail and road logistics.
- · Negotiate and finalize logistics contracts for movement of spare parts from warehouse to dealers or end customers.
- · Costing and price negotiations for packing solutions for automotive spare parts, finalize the packing contracts
- · Assess and evaluate risks associated with the logistics contracts
- · Ensure procurement process compliances for internal and external audit reviews.
- · Create Purchase and service orders in SAP

Requirements:
- · 6-15 years of experience in Logistics contracts, price negotiations with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CFS, Fleet owners for inwards and outward movement through road and rail movement.
- · Proven experience in negotiating long terms shipping contracts and tracking price movements from shipping lines.
- · Strong understanding of packaging contracts,



price calculations, vendors development, cost optimization and managing packing inventory.
- · Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- · Proficient in Excel, SAP and Ariba.
- · Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, external partners and Stakeholders effectively.
