Designation: Senior Logistics Executive

Experience Level: 3–5 years

Location: BPTP Park Centra, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including vehicle scheduling, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Manage and coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors across multiple locations
- Oversee route planning and optimize transportation costs and timelines
- Maintain and monitor records of vehicle numbers, consignments, and delivery status
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations, accounts) for smooth logistics flow
- Handle escalations and resolve on-ground logistics issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with transport documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Guide and mentor junior logistics staff on day-to-day operations




- Prepare logistics performance reports and share insights with management

Key Skills Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics/transportation
- Strong knowledge of vehicle numbers, routes, and transport documentation
- Proven experience in end-to-end logistics coordination
- Good local knowledge of transport networks (Pan India preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and vendor management skills
