Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Lead to manage the movement of finished products and materials from our Palwal facility to project sites across India, ensuring timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate Pan-India dispatches and deliveries as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Projects, and Site Teams for dispatch planning.
- Arrange vehicles, transporters, loading/unloading, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure on-time and damage-free delivery to project sites.
- Manage transporter relationships and negotiate freight rates.
- Track vehicles and shipments until successful delivery and obtain PODs.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, e-way bills, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Handle delivery delays, transit issues, and urgent logistics requirements.
- Maintain logistics MIS covering dispatch status, freight costs, pending deliveries, and PODs.




- Drive logistics cost control and process improvement.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of relevant logistics/transportation experience.
- Experience in Pan-India logistics, furniture, interiors, retail fixtures, signage, or manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle planning, transporter management, freight negotiation, and route planning.
- Familiarity with e-way bills, PODs, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be hands-on, organized, and deadline-focused.

Pay: ₹9,080.37 - ₹41,162.09 per month
