Job Summary

Jazz & Sizzle is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics candidate to manage end-to-end D2D (Door-to-Door) logistics operations. The role will involve managing courier partners, tracking shipments, resolving NDR/RTO cases, negotiating logistics costs, and coordinating closely with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely and effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day D2C logistics operations and ensure smooth movement of shipments from warehouse to customers.

- Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, deliveries, and shipment-related issues.

- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery across locations.

- Handle and actively follow up on NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases to maximize successful deliveries.

- Manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and coordinate with courier partners and warehouse for timely returns and reconciliation.





- Identify recurring delivery issues and work with courier partners to improve delivery performance.

- Negotiate shipping rates, commercial terms, COD charges, RTO charges, and other logistics costs with courier partners.

- Maintain strong working relationships with courier companies and logistics vendors.

- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team for order processing, packing, dispatch, pickup schedules, returns, and inventory reconciliation.

- Ensure orders are handed over to courier partners accurately and within defined timelines.

- Track courier performance, delivery TAT, NDR %, RTO %, cancellation/failed delivery rates, and other key logistics metrics.

- Verify courier bills/invoices and identify discrepancies in shipment charges.
