Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end sales order processing, warehouse operations, transportation, and dispatch activities. The role requires effective coordination with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, accurate documentation, and smooth delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) as per the defined process.

- Upload COCOBLU Sales Orders (SO) into the Rediant system accurately and on time.

- Coordinate with all warehouses to arrange and collect packing lists.

- Verify packing lists with UC and Rediant to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies.

- Prepare and maintain the PO vs. SO Report.

- Arrange transportation and vehicle pickups as per dispatch requirements.

- Coordinate closely with the Warehouse and Transport teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.





- Follow all company SOPs and operational processes as per the MP process.

- Arrange dispatches according to customer appointments and scheduled delivery timelines.

- Collect and share the Docket Number and Proof of Delivery (POD) against respective invoices.

- Ensure proper documentation and records for all dispatches and logistics activities.

- Track pending orders and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely dispatch.

- Identify and coordinate the resolution of any issues related to orders, packing, transportation, or deliveries.

- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external logistics partners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
