CARECIL PRIVATE LIMITED is engaged in the Automotive Paints & Coatings industry, serving customers through its distribution, OEM, and industrial business segments. We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Coordinator to support our dispatch, transportation, and delivery operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries.

- Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams.

- Prepare and maintain logistics, dispatch, and delivery records.

- Track shipments and provide timely delivery updates.

- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

- Follow up with transporters regarding shipment status and delivery.

- Handle basic logistics documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and related records.

- Resolve delivery and transportation-related issues through proper coordination.

- Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, and transporter details.





- Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations.

- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also be considered.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

- Valuable time-management and organizational skills.

- Ability to track and follow up on shipments.

- Problem-solving and multitasking ability.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with transporters, customers, and internal departments.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
