Job SummaryWe are looking for a Loans & Insurance Executive to manage loan and insurance processes, maintain valuable relationships with customers and business partners, handle documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end coordination of loan and insurance applications, from initial requirements to completion.
- Act as a bridge between customers/ client staff and bank BDEs and insurance providers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Maintain good professional relationships with customers, client staff, and bank representatives.
- Handle follow-ups for applications, pending documents, approvals, payments,



and other requirements.
- Collect, verify, and maintain application documents and records, including follow-up and payment updates.
- Communicate with customers, bank representatives and insurance providers through calls, emails, and messages as required.

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor’s degree with 6 months–1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, and financial services.
- Good communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
- Good record-keeping and MS Excel skills with attention to detail.
