Lobby Host / Guest Relations Executive

Location: Taj Property, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and warmly greet guests at the hotel lobby.
- Assist guests with queries, directions, and hotel facilities.
- Provide personalized guest service and create a positive first impression.
- Handle VIP and special guests professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, F&B; and other departments.
- Assist with guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and professional body language.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Hotel Management candidates preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed and confident.
- Robust customer-service orientation.




- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
