Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Location Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable locations for business expansion. The candidate should have strong experience in field marketing, location acquisition, and market research, with excellent knowledge of local markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire suitable locations for new business outlets/operations.
- Conduct detailed market research and analyze location potential.
- Identify high-potential areas based on customer demand, competition, accessibility, and market trends.
- Conduct field visits and evaluate prospective locations.
- Negotiate with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the complete location acquisition process from identification to finalization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and local contacts.
- Track and maintain a database of potential locations.




- Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation and approval.
- Achieve monthly location acquisition targets and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Location Acquisition, Field Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong experience in location acquisition and market research.
- Good knowledge of local markets and commercial locations.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete location acquisition process.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Qualification: Any educational qualification.
- Age: 25+ years.
- Preferred: Male candidates.
